Tonight's DPMM V Gombak clash is expected to be tight.

Vjeran Simunic's boys have to be more cautious and to be in their best if they are to win the match tonight against Gombak in the Jurong West Stadium tonight.

Brunei DPMM and Gombak are only separated by a point and the clash tonight will be a big test for both teams.

On paper, DPMM have their advantages as they won their previous encounter but DPMM will miss three key players for this clash.

Rosmin Khamis got his marching orders in his last match against Albirex Niigata at home, while Pg Salehuddin, the skipper is suspended after receiving his fourth yellow in many matches.

"This clash will be a big test for us. But I am confident with high spirits, we will give a good challenge to upset the home team," said team manager,Pg Waslimin.

Meanwhile, the team manger also stressed that his players have to be more cautious and to retain their reputation as they are throughout the league to bring home full points.

He said, the league is in the mid-season now and the teams are getting tight now and DPMM have to be able to resist the opponents and be able to double their effort to win points.

With the three key players missing, Simunic has no wary in playing Gombak tonight, while the return of Jerkovic in midfield in the previous game, has made a big impact in mobilise the midfield and eventually scored the winner last week.

DPMM is still waiting for the International Transfer Certificate(ITC) of Drazen Govic who recently signed for DPMM.As of now, his ITC has not arrived yet to be eligible for this game.Simunic hopes that his ITC will arrive so that he could play for DPMM soon.

"If the players could keep their composure, the team will be able to bring back full points," said Pg Waslimin.

Meanwhile, Gombak Utd coach Darren Stewart has challenged his players to face their biggest test yet this season, as they head into tonight's match on the back of three consecutive losses.

"Facing up to these three losses is going to be the biggest test for all of us in the club.So the next game we've got will be tough,whoever it is against, although I'm sure DPMM will make it real easy," the 43-year old Australian Gombak coach told the sleague.com
