Dogg Yi shown the exit? He missed training today with the DPMM FC squad. Vjeran Simunic didn't specifically say that Dogg Yi's contract is over but told the press that it was up to the management in terms of changes in the roster. I remember writing a piece on Dogg Yi's contribution as of late and how less of an influence he has been for the squad. He was tremendous last season for Super Reds with 12 modest goals.
However, his performance lately has been questionable and even fans questioned his commitment to the team. All in all, he has failed to keep up with the expectations and he has found it difficult to adapt to the gameplay of DPMM FC.
He had such a bright start to the season and pushing newcomer Hamid to the bench but his fortunes turned around when Hamid, instead, become one of the key players in DPMM FC's current position.
Will there be a replacement? Yes, definitely.
Anyway, guys don't forget to come tomorrow to catch DPMM FC vs Albirex Niigata (Singapore) at the Hassanal Bolkiah Stadium at 8:15pm.
